Maggi Galaxy Book Release & Talk

Join us for an evening celebrating the work of artist Antoni Miralda, whose practice transforms food into a vibrant artistic, social, and cultural language. Miralda will be in conversation with Stephan Palmié and César E. Trasobares, reflecting on his deep ties to Miami and his expansive, interdisciplinary practice.

The event also marks the Miami release of Maggi Galaxy, a new publication by Miralda and Palmié exploring the global and symbolic life of the Maggi cube. A reception and book signing will follow, with books available for purchase at the event.

At nearly 700 pages, Maggi Galaxy operates as both archive and artwork, mapping the aesthetics, politics, and global circulation of the Maggi cube—co-published by LIT Verlag and EXILE Projects.
